I am inspired by many things. One of my favorites is my little piano prodigy cousin Carter. I could seriously sit and listen to him play all day. Why does he inspire me you ask?! Because he lets nothing stand in the way of his amazing talent! His hands are too small to reach all the notes, you say? He uses his arms! (see the second video, 2:15) In fact, when he met the composer he said, "How do you play that song?! Your hands aren't big enouth!" To which Carter replied, "I had to improv a little..." :) So here's to you, Carter! These are two of my favorites, Waterfall and All of Me, both by Jon Schmidt. ISN'T HE JUST ADORABLE!?
